Fixed:
Fixed random NPEs when generating a world
Made Squids fire EntityDeath events.
Fixed the EntityTame event.
We now move the Vanilla nether to Bukkit's multiworld format for easier transition to Bukkit.
Fixed players being sent to spawn and beds not working when switching from Vanilla to Bukkit.
Fixed issues with infinite items (trying to drop an infinite item would leave a stack on the ground that people could pick up infinitely).
Fixed plugin triggered player movement (like teleporting) triggering the movement speed check.
Fixed several NPEs within the World class.
Fixed hostile entities continuously targeting dead entities.
Fixed losing an infinite item when interacting with an entity.
